The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stan Barker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Errol Jeffers made a huge save. Jerold Brantley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Errol Jeffers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eddy Hooks lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Errol Jeffers, was totally fooled by Calhoun Falls's Carlos Cooke, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 14 minutes, Dalton Becerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Znojmo City and the Calhoun Falls players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Calhoun Falls booed when Znojmo City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalton Becerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frankie McNeill kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Daniel Huntley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Freddy Bynum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Jerold Brantley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calhoun Falls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Znojmo City the free kick. After 26 played minutes Calhoun Falls got a freekick which was hit by Jerold Brantley. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Bynum got free with Errol Jeffers in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Huntley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerold Brantley hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Huntley to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stan Barker in the 59th minute of play forced Znojmo City's goalkeeper Errol Jeffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesse Sylvester was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Huntley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. Errol Jeffers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stan Barker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Calhoun Falls getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Carlos Cooke hit a great ball. Errol Jeffers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Cooke in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Znojmo City's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Cooke came free, but Errol Jeffers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Calhoun Falls's Freddy Bynum made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Errol Jeffers was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the game, Dalton Benton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Znojmo City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calhoun Falls the free kick. Dalton Benton hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute Frankie McNeill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errol Jeffers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Bynum in the 89th minute of play forced Znojmo City's goalkeeper Errol Jeffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Guillermo Bonds in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Znojmo City's Daniel Huntley. There was no doubt that Calhoun Falls were the better team. Calhoun Falls's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
