The Blue Crystal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raphael Kerr should have stopped the shot. After 11 played minutes Christopher FC got a freekick which was hit by Foster Lockett. Darron Slater took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Trevor Ng. Christopher FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Blue Crystal booed when Christopher FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Foster Lockett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sterling Abel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavin Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Trevor Ng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Christopher FC got a freekick which was hit by Foster Lockett. Ahmed Izturis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 played minutes Christopher FC got a freekick which was hit by Moises Henson. With a little luck, Christopher FC's Trevor Ng got control of the ball when Sterling Abel tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavin Garcia in the 31st minute of play forced Christopher FC's goalkeeper Trevor Ng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christopher FC's Trevor Ng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Christopher FC from getting a goal against them. Foster Lockett was shown his second yellow card after 36 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Christopher FC's Angelo Lefler in 44 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Raphael Kerr guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 48th minute Angelo Lefler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Kerr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Lefler was the one to do the kick off. Trevor Ng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavin Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Moises Henson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trevor Ng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavin Garcia in the 63rd minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Christopher FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sterling Abel came free, but Trevor Ng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Sterling Abel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue Crystal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Lefler got free with Raphael Kerr in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Blue Crystal's Clayton Jimenez got a free kick in the 84th minute. The corner ended in William Sylvester almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Blue Crystal's Raphael Kerr did a great save. Trevor Ng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavin Garcia in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Gavin Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trevor Ng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Saul Croft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
