Annan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jordan Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jordan Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Friend came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Drumright AFC's Jordan Rivas. But to his dismay, Jordan Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Darin Cahill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Manuel Friend tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jordan Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Friend having to interfere. After 22 played minutes De Kalb got a freekick which was hit by Jerrod Simpson. Manuel Friend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Cahill, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Drumright AFC's D.J. Annan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Drumright AFC from getting a goal against them. D.J. Annan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dallas Sheridan in the 27th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Darin Cahill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Kalb's Manuel Friend was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Friend didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jordan Rivas went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jordan Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Manuel Friend tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

De Kalb's Dallas Sheridan got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 played minutes De Kalb got a freekick which was hit by Albert Copeland. Darin Cahill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. De Kalb's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Darin Cahill 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. If Dallas Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute of the match, Darin Cahill tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manuel Friend saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcellus Cooley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dallas Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Drumright AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
