Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Douglas Ibarra started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Douglas Ibarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Friend saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Friend showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Ibarra in the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of De Kalb booed when ROCHES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Friend didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Len Armstrong sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ROCHES's Sid Haskins didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, De Kalb's Theodore Burger got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Douglas Ibarra put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Manuel Friend. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Copeland to make the kick off. Manuel Friend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Ibarra in the 54th minute of play. If Albert Copeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Douglas Ibarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROCHES's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Ibarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Friend breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ROCHES's Von Marrero got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sid Haskins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Copeland in the 66th minute of play. Manuel Friend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Ibarra in the 71st minute of play. Manuel Friend acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Henry Cote. When Rigoberto Wilcox fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Kalb's protests and gave Rigoberto Wilcox a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, De Kalb's Rigoberto Wilcox got a free kick in the 78th minute. The tension between the ROCHES and the De Kalb players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of De Kalb booed when ROCHES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Von Marrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Friend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Ibarra in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ROCHES had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
