Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5843, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Petworth Futsal Club's Maxwell Jamison started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hank Swain got free with Jefferson Yang in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute of the match Angelo Shaffer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jermaine Ludwig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 10th minute Antoine Langley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jermaine Ludwig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jermaine Ludwig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Brannon in the 12th minute of the match. Antoine Langley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jermaine Ludwig having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tommie Dillard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jefferson Yang was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Jermaine Ludwig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoine Langley, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. FC Midway's Jermaine Ludwig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Langley in the 21st minute of play. Jermaine Ludwig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxwell Jamison in the 23rd minute of the match. Antoine Langley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jermaine Ludwig having to make a save. Jermaine Ludwig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Langley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxwell Jamison's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jermaine Ludwig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of FC Midway booed when Petworth Futsal Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradley Donovan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, FC Midway's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Langley came free, but Jermaine Ludwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elliott Donovan during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Midway's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harry Hunt was slow to take the kick. During this time Petworth Futsal Club's players had a chance to rest. Leland Shultz thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jermaine Ludwig, a very annoying self made goal in the 42nd minute which led to 0-1. 47 minutes into the match, FC Midway's goal looked a bit too open when Maxwell Jamison came free, but Jermaine Ludwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Petworth Futsal Club were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tommie Dillard to make the kick off. Maxwell Jamison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jermaine Ludwig having to interfere. Antoine Langley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jermaine Ludwig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the game, Ricardo Brannon landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Del Medina during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the FC Midway defense, Antoine Langley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jermaine Ludwig. The FC Midway fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jermaine Ludwig should have stopped the shot. Tommie Dillard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jefferson Yang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Midway's Jermaine Ludwig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Langley in the 72nd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of FC Midway:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Petworth Futsal Club:s goal. When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Petworth Futsal Club's Harry Hunt got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jermaine Ludwig. Del Medina got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, FC Midway's Del Medina got a free kick in the 81st minute. Jermaine Ludwig made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Antoine Langley sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Shaffer kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Tommie Dillard kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Antoine Langleys short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Jermaine Ludwig to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jermaine Ludwig made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Antoine Langley sent off a good shot on target. The Petworth Futsal Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
