After 9 minutes of play, Romanguaça FC's Monte Healy made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcellus Waddell was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Monte Healy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Monte Healy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcellus Waddell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The beasts's Rhett Root pulled a muscle in his back after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Monte Healy's late challenge caught a The beasts's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Monte Healy helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Romanguaça FC got a freekick which was hit by Monte Healy. 25 minutes into the game, Scot Lockhart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The beasts's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romanguaça FC the free kick. Marcellus Waddell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monte Healy in the 27th minute of play. When Nick Comer fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The beasts's protests and gave Nick Comer a yellow card for diving instead. Laurence Womack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Richie Timmons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monte Healy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcellus Waddell having to interfere. Monte Healy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Monte Healy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romanguaça FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Monte Healy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcellus Waddell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Monte Healy struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Marcellus Waddell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romanguaça FC. After having played for 43 minutes, Monte Healy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romanguaça FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monte Healy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Romanguaça FC's Richie Timmons got control of the ball when Laurence Womack tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Monte Healy made a kick off. Marcellus Waddell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monte Healy's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Richie Timmons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurence Womack went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute, Lewis Barnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Laurence Womack notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Romanguaça FC's Richie Timmons. Richie Timmons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Romanguaça FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Steve Ragsdale hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Romanguaça FC's goalkeeper Richie Timmons, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcellus Waddell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monte Healy in the 76th minute of the match. When Theo Flint came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Romanguaça FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theo Flint couldn't finish the play. Monte Healy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Romanguaça FC booed when The beasts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick Comer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monte Healy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Marcellus Waddell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
