Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 15) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Keith Reyes got the match started through his kick off. Keith Reyes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Quinn Sams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Haleiwa's zone, Giuseppe Dyer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto Hahn came out of the goal and Giuseppe Dyer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alec Dillon during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of South Lockport booed when Haleiwa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alec Dillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keith Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Deon Howard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haleiwa's Keith Reyes got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, South Lockport's Rob Rankin got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Deon Howard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinn Sams having to interfere. When Keith Reyes came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Haleiwa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keith Reyes couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute Keith Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinn Sams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Haleiwa's Alec Dillon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quinn Sams was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind South Lockport's goalkeeper Quinn Sams, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. South Lockport's Quinn Sams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyce Fountain in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giuseppe Dyer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Alec Dillon was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 51 minutes had been played. In the 52nd match minute, Haleiwa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alec Dillon to maneuver through the defense. Quinn Sams made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Fountain in the 54th minute of play. Deon Howard struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Quinn Sams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haleiwa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deon Howard got free with Quinn Sams in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deon Howard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deon Howard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Quinn Sams made a huge save. Deon Howard succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 65th playminute. In the 71st minute, Haleiwa's Boyce Fountain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Quinn Sams. Quinn Sams yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyce Fountain in the 84th minute of play forced South Lockport's goalkeeper Quinn Sams to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rob Rankin during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to South Lockport getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rob Rankin hit a great ball. Deon Howard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinn Sams having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Haleiwa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than South Lockport.
