Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giuseppe Dyer took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Huffman got free with Quinn Sams in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Charles Huffman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the match, South Lockport's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Huffman came free, but Quinn Sams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th match minute, South Lockport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rob Rankin to maneuver through the defense. Quinn Sams was a little too slow when Ali Thome got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. Marcellus Sparks hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Flushing's Wilbur Beltre tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Huffman in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quinn Sams prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, South Lockport's goalkeeper Quinn Sams had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristobal Perry. Quinn Sams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Huffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Quinn Sams made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Thome in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Charles Huffman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinn Sams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, one of South Lockport:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 34 minutes, Flushing's Wilbur Beltre got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Quinn Sams. After a defensive mix-up in South Lockport's zone, Ali Thome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quinn Sams came out of the goal and Ali Thome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Huffman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Quinn Sams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Thome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinn Sams having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Charles Huffman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Quinn Sams made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordon Clancy in the 54th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Charles Huffman made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. South Lockport's Quinn Sams tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Quinn Sams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Huffman in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to South Lockport getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Rob Rankin hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Ali Thome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flushing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Thome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Flushing's Charles Huffman in 66 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Quinn Sams guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Charles Huffman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flushing's Charles Huffman got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Thome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Thome might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quinn Sams. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Thome ran back to his position shaking his head. Rob Rankin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Charles Huffman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flushing's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
