Spectators: 7705 (Terracing: 5780, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Moses Dickerson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jed Bouchard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ari Brandon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Antoine Bright got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando McCall got free with Graham Bullock in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ari Brandon in the 18th minute of play forced Bella Vista AFC's goalkeeper Jed Bouchard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ari Brandon took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jed Bouchard. Jed Bouchard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Andreas London got a free kick in the 25th minute. Orlando McCall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Graham Bullock having to interfere. In the 31st minute Cliff Robertson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jed Bouchard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bella Vista AFC's zone, Cliff Robertson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jed Bouchard came out of the goal and Cliff Robertson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Bella Vista AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ari Brandon came free, but Jed Bouchard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Bella Vista AFC got a freekick which was hit by Korey Peralta. Donnie Hilliard, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Ari Brandon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jed Bouchard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ari Brandon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jed Bouchard came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Chalco's Ari Brandon. But to his dismay, Ari Brandon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

If Ari Brandon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cliff Robertson came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Chalco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cliff Robertson couldn't finish the play. Jed Bouchard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ari Brandon, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute Andreas London suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Sandy Stinson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandy Stinson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sandy Stinson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cliff Robertson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jed Bouchard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Cliff Robertson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, Bella Vista AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Todd Coppack to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Korey Peralta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bella Vista AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chalco the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bella Vista AFC's Korey Peralta got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Cliff Robertson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jed Bouchard was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cliff Robertson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 78 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Domenico Murray got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Cliff Robertson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th match minute, Chalco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cliff Robertson to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Chalco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bella Vista AFC throughout the match.
