Spectators: 7573 (Terracing: 5765, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 40) Yawgoog F.C's Tobias Connors started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Yawgoog F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Duke came free, but Ulysses Spencer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Duke in the 7th minute of play forced Yawgoog F.C's goalkeeper Ulysses Spencer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Nigel Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yawgoog F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nigel Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulysses Spencer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Duke in the 11th minute of play. If Odell Babcock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulysses Spencer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Odell Babcock's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Syracuse FC's Emery Browning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Syracuse FC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Allan Duke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yawgoog F.C's goalkeeper Ulysses Spencer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Odell Babcock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Spencer having to interfere. Allan Duke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulysses Spencer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Duke in the 31st minute of play. Ulysses Spencer came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Syracuse FC's Gregory Uhl. But to his dismay, Gregory Uhl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Yawgoog F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Odell Babcock came free, but Ulysses Spencer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Odell Babcock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Syracuse FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Odell Babcock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulysses Spencer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Allan Duke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Spencer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Allan Duke came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Syracuse FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Duke couldn't finish the play. If Odell Babcock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Allan Duke made the kick off in the second half. Odell Babcock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulysses Spencer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Clay Roberson kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Allan Duke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Spencer having to interfere. Emery Browning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Connors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Yawgoog F.C booed when Syracuse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bret Blevins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nigel Pereira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emery Browning having to make a save. Odell Babcock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Odell Babcock struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ulysses Spencer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syracuse FC. Ulysses Spencer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Duke, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Nigel Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Syracuse FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gregory Uhl hit a great ball. Emery Browning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nigel Pereira in the 88th minute of the match. A collision led to Yawgoog F.C getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Al Mott hit a great ball. Ulysses Spencer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mohammed Salazar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Connors in the 97th minute of play forced Syracuse FC's goalkeeper Emery Browning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Syracuse FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
