Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ari Brandon made the kick off which started today's match. Wilbur Acostas short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Graham Bullock to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 4 minutes into the game, Antoine Bright was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chalco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gadsden the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gadsden's Jarvis Bartley got a free kick in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Gadsden's goal looked a bit too open when Ari Brandon came free, but Scottie Wooten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graham Bullock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugh Boston in the 21st minute of play. Graham Bullock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilbur Acosta's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Graham Bullock came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Gadsden's Alfredo Patten. But to his dismay, Alfredo Patten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Graham Bullock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilbur Acosta's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Graham Bullock was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Hugh Boston capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugh Boston really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Cliff Robertson scored 2-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Scottie Wooten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jarvis Bartley hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Dudley Emery had several of the Chalco's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Graham Bullock as he didn't even see the shot coming. Wilbur Acosta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Graham Bullock having to make a save. 47 minutes into the game, Andreas London was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chalco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gadsden the free kick. After 47 played minutes Chalco got a freekick which was hit by Andreas London.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilbur Acosta made a kick off. If Cliff Robertson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Ari Brandon took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Scottie Wooten to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Gadsden's Wilbert Sykes got a free kick in the 61st minute. Antoine Bright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scottie Wooten having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chalco's Antoine Bright got a free kick in the 68th minute. Duane Michel kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Antoine Bright hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Wilbur Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chalco's Graham Bullock was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Wilbur Acosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dudley Emery came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Gadsden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dudley Emery couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Dudley Emery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gadsden's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudley Emery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Graham Bullock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Chalco's Ari Brandon in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gadsden's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Chalco getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Domenico Murray hit a great ball. Gadsden's Scottie Wooten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Gadsden from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gadsden fully deserved thier win.
