Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moses Dickerson kicked off to start the match. Bella Vista AFC's Jed Bouchard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosario Sylvester in the 11th minute of play. Jed Bouchard came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Whitmore Lake's Shannon Bateman. But to his dismay, Shannon Bateman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Orlando McCall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradly Paris having to interfere. Shannon Bateman struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Jed Bouchard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whitmore Lake. Bella Vista AFC's Jed Bouchard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Bella Vista AFC from getting a goal against them. Shannon Bateman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jed Bouchard having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Whitmore Lake's Junior Easley got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 49th minute, Moses Dickerson made a precise shot to the right of Bradly Paris. Whitmore Lake's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosario Sylvester made a kick off. Jed Bouchard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shannon Bateman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Stephen Nava sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosario Sylvester in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jed Bouchard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute Shannon Bateman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jed Bouchard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korey Peralta kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Shannon Bateman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rosario Sylvester came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Whitmore Lake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosario Sylvester couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Bella Vista AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rosario Sylvester came free, but Jed Bouchard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Barry was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Whitmore Lake were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bella Vista AFC for a fine match.
