Porter North tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to South River getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Cobi Morton hit a great ball. Cobi Morton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanley Wolf during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stanley Wolf hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Blue Sheep's goal looked a bit too open when Lucien Meyers came free, but Porter North reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes South River got a freekick which was hit by Charles Hansen. The supporters of Blue Sheep booed when South River was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Wise didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Domenico Clearwater managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Blue Sheep's Benito Vigil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Domenico Clearwater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Hurd in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, South River's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Vigil came free, but Domenico Clearwater reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Domenico Clearwater showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Benito Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Clearwater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Stanley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Blue Sheep's Oswaldo Stanley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domenico Clearwater narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Domenico Clearwater tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in South River's zone, Oswaldo Stanley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Clearwater came out of the goal and Oswaldo Stanley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Vigil in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domenico Clearwater prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Benito Vigil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domenico Clearwater. South River's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Vigil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Blue Sheep's Sandy French got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Blue Sheep were the better team. Blue Sheep's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
