Spectators: 6858 (Terracing: 5758, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgardo Hadley took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Alejandro Waters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid 23's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Waters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keith Plummer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keith Plummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Rush, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Raymundo Costello hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Edgardo Hadley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid 23's Salvatore Griggs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salvatore Griggs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zack Padgett's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Dario Rush was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Real Madrid 23's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 28th minute Edgardo Hadley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvatore Griggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Zack Padgett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lopezville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zack Padgett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Lopezville's Keith Plummer got control of the ball when Alejandro Waters tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgardo Hadley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Salvatore Griggs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Wendell Peterson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvatore Griggs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Hadley, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Zack Padgett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Salvatore Griggs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Zack Padgett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lopezville's Zack Padgett got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Edgardo Hadley got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 61 minutes into the match, Lopezville's Zack Padgett sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvatore Griggs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 63 played minutes Lopezville got a freekick which was hit by Henry Tillman. If Alejandro Waters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Werner Huggins's late challenge caught a Lopezville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Werner Huggins helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, one of Real Madrid 23:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Madrid 23. Salvatore Griggs had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Cedric Givens's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Zack Padgett had several of the Real Madrid 23's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Salvatore Griggs as he didn't even see the shot coming. Alejandro Waters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario Rush blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keith Plummer having to make a save. If Alejandro Waters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilber Manning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Keith Plummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Lenny Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lopezville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Madrid 23 the free kick. Lenny Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Keith Plummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Rush in the 97th minute of the match. After having played for 101 minutes, Edgardo Hadley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lopezville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Hadley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lopezville walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
