Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lake Mohawk's Andre McKee started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Lake Mohawk's Andre McKee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josh Elkins. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Mark Gauthier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerome Schafer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Gauthier in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerome Schafer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Timmy Sawyer kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Valley City FC's goalkeeper Josh Elkins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Josh Elkins made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Preston Lockett sent off a good shot on target. Jerome Schafer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Farrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Preston Lockett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josh Elkins having to interfere. Jerome Schafer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Gauthier in the 79th minute. Sergio Farrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerome Schafer having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match Albert Crews sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerome Schafer skillfully saved the ball. Lake Mohawk's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
