Spectators: 6400 (Terracing: 4800, Seating: 1472, VIP seats: 128) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronald Wade kicked off to start the match. Anton Trotter came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Triton Central FC's Matthew Powell. But to his dismay, Matthew Powell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 7 minutes into the game, Houston Leon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Groveland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Triton Central FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Groveland's Houston Leon got a free kick in the 8th minute. Rashad Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenic Kemp in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthew Powell in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Trotter saved Groveland from getting behind. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 29th minute, but Anton Trotter got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Groveland hanging dry this time. In the 42nd minute, Matthew Powell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seth Key received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Rashad Carmona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ronald Wade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rashad Carmona was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalton Shook to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes, Groveland's Sherwood Hinson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rashad Carmona came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Groveland reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domenic Kemp got free with Rashad Carmona in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ronald Wade came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Groveland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronald Wade couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebio Wolf during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Eusebio Wolf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalton Shook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Trotter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalton Shook in the 62nd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play Groveland's Eusebio Wolf was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 66th match minute, Groveland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Wolf to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Groveland booed when Triton Central FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Powell didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalton Shook in the 70th minute of play forced Groveland's goalkeeper Anton Trotter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Dalton Shook put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anton Trotter. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthew Powell in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Trotter saved Groveland from getting behind. Triton Central FC's Dalton Shook got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalton Shook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Anton Trotter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenic Kemp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Rashad Carmona made a huge save. Matthew Powell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Matthew Powell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Trotter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Triton Central FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
