In the 13th minute, Triton Central FC's Dalton Shook ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stevie Yu. Stevie Yu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. With a little luck, Wild FC's Stevie Yu got control of the ball when Matthew Powell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stevie Yu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthew Powell in the 20th minute. Rashad Carmona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milo Nickerson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Matthew Powell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stevie Yu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wild FC's zone, Matthew Powell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stevie Yu came out of the goal and Matthew Powell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Milo Nickerson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Triton Central FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wild FC:s goal. Rashad Carmona had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Marc Carter's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Rashad Carmona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timmy Seymour in the 97th minute.
