Kenneth Eckert made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Freddy Tapia sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Hartwell FC's corner Rudolph McClain fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kenneth Eckert quite easily take care of the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Hartwell FC's Javier Mercer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Eckert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Denis Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 14 minutes, Denis Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hartwell FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Leon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Olson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 17 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, one of Demons F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Kenneth Eckert, was totally fooled by Hartwell FC's Rudolph McClain, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Denis Leon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Mercer got free with Kenneth Eckert in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hartwell FC's goalkeeper Toby Worthington, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Demons F.C's Marlon Lemons managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Freddy Tapia in the 36 minute of the game. Pablo Macias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toby Worthington having to make a save. Kenneth Eckert made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Javier Mercer sent off a good shot on target. Demons F.C's Kenneth Eckert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Demons F.C from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, Demons F.C's goalkeeper Kenneth Eckert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Mercer. 50 minutes had been played when some careless play by Demons F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rudolph McClain was slow to take the kick. During this time Hartwell FC's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Leon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Mercer in the 58th minute of play forced Demons F.C's goalkeeper Kenneth Eckert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hartwell FC booed when Demons F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Macias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Javier Mercer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth Eckert was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Kenneth Eckert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Mercer, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Hartwell FC's Denis Leon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Eckert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Denis Leon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Eckert having to interfere. Kenneth Eckert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Mercer in the 74th minute of play. If Denis Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Macias struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Toby Worthington didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demons F.C. Pablo Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Toby Worthington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Javier Mercer made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth Eckert. Demons F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Kenneth Eckert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilmer Childs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toby Worthington having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Demons F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hartwell FC.
