Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 5) Kyle Castillo De Reyes made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Ronald Wade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Titus Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Marquis Stahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th play minute Domenic Kemp came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Titus Nicholas. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neil Urbina during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Groveland getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Neil Urbina hit a great ball. Domenic Kemp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Titus Nicholas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Marquis Stahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenic Kemp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marquis Stahl struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Anton Trotter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soplanucas en Brooklyn. Marquis Stahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anton Trotter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Castillo De Reyes in the 43rd minute of play forced Groveland's goalkeeper Anton Trotter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marquis Stahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Soplanucas en Brooklyn's Kyle Castillo De Reyes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anton Trotter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronald Wade made a kick off. When Marquis Stahl came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Soplanucas en Brooklyn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquis Stahl couldn't finish the play. Marquis Stahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Seth Key left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Groveland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Titus Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenic Kemp, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Ronald Wade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Titus Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Eusebio Kaplan struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Anton Trotter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soplanucas en Brooklyn. After a rather tough play, Groveland's Domenic Kemp got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Kyle Castillo De Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusebio Wolf during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Castillo De Reyes in the 85th minute of play forced Groveland's goalkeeper Anton Trotter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Kyle Castillo De Reyes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anton Trotter. The goal made the score 5-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Groveland were victorious despite being under pressure from Soplanucas en Brooklyn for much of the match.
