In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Princeton Athletic Club's goalkeeper Cedric Farris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, FlyingSnake's Bill Buchanan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cedric Farris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Princeton Athletic Club booed when FlyingSnake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Gentry didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 99th minute, Danial Daley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FlyingSnake supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Princeton Athletic Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Princeton Athletic Club.
