Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Napoleon Elliott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Gillespie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Napoleon Perkins's late challenge caught a Rosa Melano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Napoleon Perkins helped the player get up and apologised. Rosa Melano's Alfred Coffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Landis in the 28th minute of play. Oscar Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oscar Reyes made a kick off. Oscar Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, American Falls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Barnard came free, but Napoleon Elliott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Junior Barnard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Elliott having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Rosa Melano's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aurelio Landis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
