Cyrus Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascal Simpson in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Gibson AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Randall Eckert came free, but Cyrus Mueller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darryl Pereira to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gibson AFC's Zachery Houser got a free kick in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Pascal Simpson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cyrus Mueller was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Darryl Pereira struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cyrus Mueller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buitres F.C.. Cyrus Mueller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darryl Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascal Simpsons short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Cyrus Mueller to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marcellus Atkins hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Buitres F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
