With a couple of smart ball manuevers Young Gould in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Barajas saved YENER FC from getting behind. Martin Bridges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Palmer Morse, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gilberto Barajas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leroy Aranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes, Pierre Webber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YENER FC and the Floral City players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to YENER FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Pierre Webber hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Leroy Aranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floral City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gilberto Barajas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leroy Aranda went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Gilberto Barajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglass Pham in the 33rd minute of the match. Gilbert Rutledge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Bridges having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Palmer Morse in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Bridges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Young Gould received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gilberto Barajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Barajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Aranda in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Palmer Morse to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Floral City booed when YENER FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronald Ogden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Young Gould might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Barajas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Young Gould ran back to his position shaking his head. Leroy Arandas short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Gilberto Barajas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gilberto Barajas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leroy Aranda in the 60th minute. Leroy Aranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Barajas having to interfere. Zachary Stone hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Young Gould's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Barajas was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Pierre Webber was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, YENER FC's Pierre Webber got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in YENER FC's zone, Leroy Aranda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Barajas came out of the goal and Leroy Aranda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 played minutes YENER FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Rutledge. Young Gould sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leroy Aranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Gilberto Barajas made a huge save. 89 minutes into the game, Zachary Stone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YENER FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floral City the free kick. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for YENER FC! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Floral City. Adrian Gore stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilberto Barajas. 1-3. In the 94th match minute, Floral City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leroy Aranda to maneuver through the defense.
