Philip Sterling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Van Dias's late challenge caught a Los Santos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Van Dias helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Santos FC booed when Old Bethpage was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Van Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Old Bethpage's goalkeeper Rufus Ford, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Los Santos FC's zone, Osvaldo Barger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarod Butcher came out of the goal and Osvaldo Barger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20thth minute of the game Osvaldo Barger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Santos FC's Jarod Butcher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Philip Sterling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rufus Ford having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Elliott Hanks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Santos FC's Asher Munoz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rufus Ford. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. Elliott Hanks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarod Butcher having to interfere. Jarod Butcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Barger in the 41st minute of the match. Jarod Butcher came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Old Bethpage's Elliott Hanks. But to his dismay, Elliott Hanks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elliott Hanks stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes in the game, Osvaldo Barger fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jarod Butcher having to interfere. Jarod Butcher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Barger in the 64th minute. Sandy Crozier hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Asher Munoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rufus Ford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Osvaldo Barger came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Old Bethpage fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Barger couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Los Santos FC's goalkeeper Jarod Butcher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Barger. Osvaldo Barger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Asher Munoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Santos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asher Munoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
