With a little luck, Old Bethpage's Rufus Ford got control of the ball when Wes Quintero tried to sneak it across the goal line. East Troy's attack was well implemented in the 17th minute, but when Berry Alford was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Wes Quintero struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Rufus Ford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Troy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berry Alford in the 21st minute of play forced Old Bethpage's goalkeeper Rufus Ford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Berry Helton took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rufus Ford to make any attempt to save it. In the 35th match minute, Old Bethpage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Landreth to maneuver through the defense. Wayne Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Barger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rufus Ford made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berry Alford in the 41st minute. After 43 played minutes East Troy got a freekick which was hit by Julio Deaton. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Berry Alford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, East Troy's Wes Quintero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rufus Ford narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Van Dias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Old Bethpage's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave East Troy the free kick. Berry Alford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donovan Landreth hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes Derrick Hunt shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Old Bethpage's Rufus Ford to catch but Derrick Hunt was lucky. It became 2-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After 68 minutes, Elliott Hanks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Old Bethpage and the East Troy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Old Bethpage getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Elliott Hanks hit a great ball. The supporters of East Troy booed when Old Bethpage was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donovan Landreth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berry Alford blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rufus Ford having to make a save. If Berry Alford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Berry Alford's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rufus Ford was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Wayne Baker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Barger in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berry Alford in the 94th minute of play forced Old Bethpage's goalkeeper Rufus Ford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Wes Quintero notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Old Bethpage's Rufus Ford. Rufus Ford was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. East Troy fully deserved thier win.
