Vance Beard took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Terence Gary. Terence Gary dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nirvana's Dallas Molina got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Tyrell Hackett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terence Gary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dallas Molina in the 24th minute of the match. A.J. Abernathy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akademia De Futbol's goalkeeper Terence Gary, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by A.J. Abernathy in the 43rd minute of play forced Nirvana's goalkeeper Edgar Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Lyles charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Lyles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nirvana's Vicente Lyles got a free kick in the 43rd minute. A.J. Abernathy struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Edgar Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akademia De Futbol.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and A.J. Abernathy made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Nirvana's Ethan Hopper got a free kick in the 54th minute. Stacey McNeil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Valle having to interfere. A.J. Abernathy might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Valle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. A.J. Abernathy ran back to his position shaking his head. Bryon Luther hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Stacey McNeil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stacey McNeil's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Stacey McNeil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Edgar Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute A.J. Abernathy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stacey McNeil, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Terence Gary made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Vance Beard sent off a good shot on target. In the 95thth minute of the game Dallas Molina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akademia De Futbol's Terence Gary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nirvana's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
