After a rather tough play, Florida AFC's Alonso Echols got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Ricky Richey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20thth minute of the game Ricky Richey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florida AFC's Milan Morton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milan Morton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Richey in the 21st minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Florida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricky Richey came free, but Milan Morton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jefferson Root took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Milan Morton. Florida AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 29th minute, Colby Grubb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Loomis's Tyler Holmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Milan Morton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Anthony Baxter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Wilbur Carroll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Anthony Baxter made the kick off in the second half. Milan Morton stood somewhat misplaced when Tyler Holmes came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 52 minute. In the 61st minute, Anthony Baxter made a precise shot to the right of Renaldo Stringer. Loomis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Florida AFC's zone, Ricky Richey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milan Morton came out of the goal and Ricky Richey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilbur Carroll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaldo Stringer having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Anthony Baxter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Baxter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Renaldo Stringer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilbur Carroll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
