Clay Escobar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Clay Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Kessler in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vamala F.C's zone, Norbert Andersen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clay Escobar came out of the goal and Norbert Andersen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clay Escobar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudley Trujillo's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. If Dudley Trujillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Isidro Kessler notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vamala F.C's Clay Escobar. Clay Escobar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidro Kessler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Clay Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidro Kessler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clay Escobar having to interfere. Dudley Trujillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clay Escobar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dudley Trujillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Clay Escobar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Kessler, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Vamala F.C's Vance Mattson got a free kick in the 30th minute. Clay Escobar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Kessler's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Taylor Andersen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 34th playminute. If Isidro Kessler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Dudley Trujillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clay Escobar. Vamala F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dudley Trujillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Kessler in the 45th minute of play forced Vamala F.C's goalkeeper Clay Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fair Oaks's Dudley Trujillo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis Bradley was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Dudley Trujillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clay Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Bradley might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lewis Healy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dennis Bradley ran back to his position shaking his head. Taylor Andersen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Lewis Healy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taylor Andersen took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lewis Healy. Lewis Healy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Clay Escobar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dudley Trujillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 75 minute of play. Tommie Cooke kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fair Oaks's Tommie Cooke got a free kick in the 80th minute. Lewis Healy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taylor Andersen in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Dudley Trujillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fair Oaks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dudley Trujillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Vamala F.C's goalkeeper Clay Escobar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Kessler. Fair Oaks's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
