Jimmy Barnard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Mark Watt made a huge save. In the 7th minute, Joey Ryder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vice Croydon AFC's Mark Watt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Vice Croydon AFC from getting a goal against them. Jimmy Barnard scored 3-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mark Watt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vice Croydon AFC's Mark Watt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Barnard in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Kurt Esposito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mark Watt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donnie Ragland in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Jimmy Barnard got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mark Watt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 25 minutes into the match, Eric Fisher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mark Watt. Vice Croydon AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eric Fisher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With a little luck, Vice Croydon AFC's Mark Watt got control of the ball when Eric Fisher tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mark Watt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Barnard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Donnie Ragland recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mark Watt. Donnie Ragland showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Barnard in the 38th minute of play forced Vice Croydon AFC's goalkeeper Mark Watt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Black Sails FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Barnard to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Donnie Ragland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mark Watt. That made the score 6-0 in the 43 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jess Hinkle made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jimmy Barnard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Sails FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After 59 minutes of play, Black Sails FC's Eric Fisher made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Watt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute Jess Hinkle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Craig Velazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimmy Barnard took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mark Watt. Mark Watt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 70 minutes into the match, Vice Croydon AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Donnie Ragland came free, but Mark Watt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vice Croydon AFC's Mark Watt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Barnard in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Black Sails FC's Donnie Ragland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mark Watt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. In the 80th match minute, Vice Croydon AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Patrick to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Esposito struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Craig Velazquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vice Croydon AFC. In the 87th minute Jimmy Barnard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Watt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominique Polk charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dominique Polk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Dominique Polk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Eric Fisher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Sails FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Black Sails FC's Eric Fisher got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Black Sails FC were the better team. Black Sails FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
