Eric Fisher started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Dearborn AFC defense, Eric Fisher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rex Moser. The Dearborn AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rex Moser should have stopped the shot. Eric Fisher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Rex Moser made a huge save. Vicente Burns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rex Moser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 3-0 became the score in the 12th minute when Donnie Ragland elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gordon Justice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Fisher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Rex Moser made a huge save. Jimmy Barnard succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 27th playminute. After recieving a nice pass, Black Sails FC's Matthew Byrd tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rex Moser came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Black Sails FC's Donnie Ragland. But to his dismay, Donnie Ragland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Eric Fisher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Rex Moser made a huge save. The nice shot from Eric Fisher in the 36thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Rex Moser had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. A collision led to Dearborn AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lazaro Lake hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Fisher got free with Rex Moser in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gordon Justice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Eric Fisher could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Rex Moser however easily saved by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santos Chapman made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Dearborn AFC's Derrick Ellis got a free kick in the 51st minute. Donnie Ragland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the match, Eric Fisher notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Dearborn AFC's Rex Moser. Rex Moser was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rex Moser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terence Thurston, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Rex Moser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Barnard in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Black Sails FC's Donnie Ragland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rex Moser made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 62nd minute, Donnie Ragland made a precise shot to the right of Rex Moser. Dearborn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Eric Fisher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rex Moser having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Dearborn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Burns came free, but Rex Moser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rex Moser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terence Thurston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Vicente Burns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rex Moser was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Eric Fisher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Marrero hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Levi McCoy during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Black Sails FC booed when Dearborn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levi McCoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes, Black Sails FC's Matthew Byrd shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rex Moser came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Black Sails FC reached it. Rex Moser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Burns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Barnard in the 85th minute of play forced Dearborn AFC's goalkeeper Rex Moser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rex Moser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donnie Ragland in the 87th minute of the match.
