Glouster's Abraham Gann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Baggett in the 6th minute of play. Adrian Bernstein's late challenge caught a Longview Heights's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abraham Gann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kirk Vela got free with Bronson Fitzgerald in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Longview Heights fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Longview Heights's Santiago Gillespie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th match minute, Glouster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Van Stephens to maneuver through the defense. Longview Heights's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Kirk Vela scored to the left of an out of position Bronson Fitzgerald, making the score, 1-3. Jack Baggett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abraham Gann having to make a save. Santiago Gillespie scored 1-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abraham Gann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Glouster's Abraham Gann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Gillespie in the 47th minute of play. The Glouster players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Longview Heights were winning 1-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kirk Vela made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Longview Heights got a freekick which was hit by Jack Baggett. Abraham Gann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Gillespie in the 54th minute of the match. If Jack Baggett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Clayton Vazquez took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Abraham Gann to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ben McClellan during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Longview Heights got a freekick which was hit by Ben McClellan. Colby Broussard kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Kirk Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kirk Vela came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Glouster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kirk Vela couldn't finish the play. Longview Heights's Ben McClellan got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Ben McClellan off the ground.
