Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sylvester McPherson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Roger Barry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Cleveland in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes in the game, Derek Cleveland fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Roger Barry having to interfere. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Sylvester McPherson sped through Erma's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chris Beal. After a defensive mix-up in Erma's zone, Mckinley Hernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Beal came out of the goal and Mckinley Hernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Portugal. Kerry Frye hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Erma's goal looked a bit too open when Sylvester McPherson came free, but Chris Beal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
