Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Darren Dunbar made the kick off and thus started the match. Sonny Herrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Harding in the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, North Amherst FC's Aldo Groves got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Owen McClendon made a precise shot to the right of Allan Andrade. North Amherst FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Darren Dunbar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Owen McClendon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Allan Andrade made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Goofyland Big-Birds got a freekick which was hit by Chris Cahill. After recieving a nice pass, North Amherst FC's Douglass Coulter tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, North Amherst FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Darren Dunbar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Peachey was the one to do the kick off. Allan Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Owen McClendon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, North Amherst FC's Ismael Peachey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Richard Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sonny Herrera having to interfere. Owen McClendon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Andrade having to interfere. Ismael Peachey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Owen McClendon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in North Amherst FC's zone, Darren Dunbar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Andrade came out of the goal and Darren Dunbar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Darren Dunbar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of North Amherst FC's Allan Andrade. Allan Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Owen McClendon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Andrade having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Morgan Fortune hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goofyland Big-Birds were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of North Amherst FC for a fine match.
