Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lawrence Fitzpatrick made the kick off and thus started the match. Lawrence Fitzpatrick took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vaughn Watkins. Vaughn Watkins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lancaster FC's Wilton Vilter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Bagley in the 9th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Lancaster FC got a freekick which was hit by Bret Yates. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrod Rainey in the 29th minute of play forced Lancaster FC's goalkeeper Wilton Vilter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lancaster FC's Wilton Vilter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Bagley in the 31st minute of play. If Derrick Bullard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of New Ellenton booed when Lancaster FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Bowles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lawrence Fitzpatrick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lancaster FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lawrence Fitzpatrick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vaughn Watkins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthew Bagley to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Derrick Bullard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilton Vilter was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 52ndth minute of the game Derrick Bullard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lancaster FC's Wilton Vilter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isidro Sexton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaughn Watkins having to interfere. Lancaster FC's Lawrence Fitzpatrick managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jarrod Rainey in the 64 minute of the game. Jarrod Rainey made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gilbert English. In the 67th match minute, Lancaster FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Bowles to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Bowser in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilton Vilter saved Lancaster FC from getting behind. Lancaster FC's Wilton Vilter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Bagley in the 73rd minute of play. Wilton Vilter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Derrick Bullard's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The throw-in from Johnny Rojas in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by New Ellenton's Nathan Thomas. Travis Jimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Lancaster FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rene Bowles hit a great ball. After 84 played minutes New Ellenton got a freekick which was hit by Edward Baca. A collision led to Lancaster FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Isidro Sexton hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the game Jarrod Rainey made a throw-in which Gilbert English played forward. After 93 minutes, Jarrod Rainey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New Ellenton and the Lancaster FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, New Ellenton's Jarrod Rainey got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Lawrence Fitzpatrick made a precise shot to the right of Vaughn Watkins. New Ellenton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Lancaster FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
