Spectators: 7994 (Terracing: 5997, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lawrence Fitzpatrick kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Lancaster FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Eckert came free, but Wilton Vilter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to North Amherst FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ismael Peachey hit a great ball. Richard Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilton Vilter having to interfere. Wilton Vilter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Harding in the 15th minute. After 18 played minutes, North Amherst FC's Douglass Coulter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilton Vilter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in North Amherst FC reached it. Lawrence Fitzpatrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Andrade having to interfere. Nigel Gunn made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lancaster FC's Rene Bowles. If Lawrence Fitzpatrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richard Harding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wilton Vilter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 36 minutes on the clock, Alexis Costa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 45 minutes into the game, Rene Bowles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lancaster FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Amherst FC the free kick. Rene Bowles kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Lancaster FC's Wilton Vilter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Peachey in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lancaster FC's Bret Yates got a free kick in the 59th minute. Wilton Vilter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Peachey in the 64th minute of the match. Rene Bowles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Andrade having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Travis Jimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lancaster FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Travis Jimenez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Sexton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Lawrence Fitzpatrick made a precise shot to the right of Allan Andrade. North Amherst FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. North Amherst FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Lancaster FC had controlled the match.
