Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matthew Bagley took the kick off in the first half of the match. Phillip Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5thth minute of the game Alfredo Quinn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Ellenton's Vaughn Watkins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Stephan Horner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vaughn Watkins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matthew Bagley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dane Fraser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Derrick Bullard succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 19th playminute. Toby Nugent charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toby Nugent the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Toby Nugent kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Dane Fraser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Bowser, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 39 minutes into the match, New Ellenton's Ezra Anderson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dane Fraser narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edward Baca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Quinn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dane Fraser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Bagley in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of New Ellenton booed when Montesa de Lugo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyrell Cerna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, New Ellenton's Denis Bowser got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Alfredo Quinn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Vaughn Watkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in New Ellenton's zone, Phillip Benitez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vaughn Watkins came out of the goal and Phillip Benitez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Vaughn Watkins successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, New Ellenton's Ezra Anderson got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Alfredo Quinn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montesa de Lugo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Quinn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Bagley in the 86th minute of play forced Montesa de Lugo's goalkeeper Dane Fraser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
