In the 37th match minute, Fostoria AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Cadena to maneuver through the defense. Fostoria AFC's Alfredo Whitley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert McClelland in the 39th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Titusville got a freekick which was hit by Brad Beam. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rhett Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Mathis in the 53rd minute of the match. If Ethan Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the game, Fostoria AFC's Ali Mathis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rhett Perez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Lyle Browning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Titusville's zone, Ethan Rutherford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rhett Perez came out of the goal and Ethan Rutherford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Mathis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fostoria AFC's Ethan Rutherford got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Mathis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rhett Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eliseo Juarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fostoria AFC's Ethan Rutherford in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Titusville's goalie prevented a goal. Odell Colvin kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Olin Pittman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rhett Perez. Titusville's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rhett Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ethan Rutherford in the 83rd minute of play. Robert McClelland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fostoria AFC had played much better football throughout.
