The crowd rose to their feet as Stanton Ransom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joe Bowser. That made the score 1-1 in the 80 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanton Ransom in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joe Bowser saved New Iberia AFC from getting behind. With a little luck, New Iberia AFC's Joe Bowser got control of the ball when Ethan Rutherford tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ethan Rutherford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stanton Ransom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Bowser having to interfere. Ethan Rutherford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
