Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, ValldHebron's Ernie Hoffman got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Palmer Cassidy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mervin Waddell in the 3rd minute. Jeramy Langston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Palmer Cassidy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeramy Langston in the 13th minute of play forced ValldHebron's goalkeeper Palmer Cassidy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cory Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Yoder having to interfere. Ty Yoder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Parker Yu in the 23rd minute of the match. Palmer Cassidy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monroe Kirkpatrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Jeramy Langston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeramy Langston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Palmer Cassidy having to interfere. Jeramy Langston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeramy Langston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Palmer Cassidy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ValldHebron getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Asher Washington hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes ValldHebron got a freekick which was hit by Rory Ham. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
After a rather tough play, ValldHebron's Lorenzo Naylor got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Mervin Waddell came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Piney fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mervin Waddell couldn't finish the play. Cory Abel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ty Yoder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stewart Bearden charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stewart Bearden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piney fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Ari Rivas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! ValldHebron's Palmer Cassidy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeramy Langston in the 66th minute of play. If Cory Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th match minute, Piney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stan Russo to maneuver through the defense. If Eddy Tucker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parker Yu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ty Yoder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cory Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Yoder having to interfere. ValldHebron's Parker Yu got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mervin Waddell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mervin Waddell struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Palmer Cassidy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piney. Piney were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
