Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeramy Langston started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Pingyu FC got a freekick which was hit by Connor Amos. In the 7th match minute, Pingyu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elijah Spivey to maneuver through the defense. Robin Henley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mervin Waddell in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Jeramy Langston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Henley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Ball in the 13th minute of play forced Pingyu FC's goalkeeper Robin Henley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeramy Langston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Henley having to interfere. If Curt Bergstrom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pingyu FC's Martin Fields got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 30 played minutes, Piney's Kip Blount shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robin Henley came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Piney reached it. Martin Fields lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 32nd match minute, Pingyu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Fields to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Stan Russo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piney's supporters rose to their feet, but Stan Russo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Henley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute of the match Pingyu FC got a corner. Piney's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elijah Spivey ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Elijah Spivey almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Piney's Ty Yoder did a great save. After 42 minutes, Mervin Waddell made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pingyu FC's Robin Henley tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 45 played minutes Pingyu FC got a freekick which was hit by Curt Bergstrom. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Looney in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robin Henley saved Pingyu FC from getting behind. Darnell Bowling kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Curt Bergstrom made a kick off. Ty Yoder came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Pingyu FC's Curt Bergstrom. But to his dismay, Curt Bergstrom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Curt Bergstrom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ty Yoder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ty Yoder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curt Bergstrom's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Monroe Kirkpatrick hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Jeramy Langston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Henley having to interfere. Jeramy Langston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Robin Henley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Jeramy Langston recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robin Henley. Jeramy Langston showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Looney got free with Robin Henley in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robin Henley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeramy Langston in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Mervin Waddell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piney fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Pingyu FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Piney's performance. The match ended with a win for Piney.
