Rashad Mosley's late challenge caught a FAIR PLAY MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rashad Mosley helped the player get up and apologised. Rashad Mosley hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Pierre Bocanegra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FAIR PLAY MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre Bocanegra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ridgeway's Karl Owens in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FAIR PLAY MZ's goalie prevented a goal. Karl Owens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Alston having to interfere. If Pierre Bocanegra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jorge Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Bocanegra in the 34th minute of play. FAIR PLAY MZ's Zachery Henderson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Pierre Bocanegra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Jewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Vince Michel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roberto Alston. That made the score 1-2 in the 40 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachery Henderson in the 45th minute of play forced Ridgeway's goalkeeper Jorge Jewell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachery Henderson in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pierre Bocanegra made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Bocanegra in the 57th minute of play forced Ridgeway's goalkeeper Jorge Jewell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre Bocanegra was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. FAIR PLAY MZ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. FAIR PLAY MZ's Roberto Alston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vince Michel in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, Ridgeway was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rashad Mosley to maneuver through the defense. Zachery Henderson succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. FAIR PLAY MZ's Roberto Alston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vince Michel in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ridgeway's zone, Pierre Bocanegra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Jewell came out of the goal and Pierre Bocanegra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ridgeway's Jorge Jewell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Bocanegra in the 77th minute of play. Vince Michel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Ridgeway got a freekick which was hit by Karl Owens. The supporters of Ridgeway booed when FAIR PLAY MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuan Carrillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vince Michel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FAIR PLAY MZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
