Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Virgil Holt started the match with the kick off. Germantown's Jason Kauffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drew Durham in the 4th minute of play. Jason Kauffman came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Crystal Lawns's Reginald Person. But to his dismay, Reginald Person quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Crystal Lawns fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jason Kauffman didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Crystal Lawns's Ramon Cordova got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 25th minute, Stanton Moon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Germantown's zone, Reggie Cooper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jason Kauffman came out of the goal and Reggie Cooper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohammed Stroud hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Jason Kauffman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew Durham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jason Kauffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reginald Person in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Crystal Lawns's Stephen Barber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jason Kauffman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 39th minute Corey Kidd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Kauffman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jason Kauffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew Durham in the 40th minute of play. Jason Kauffman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tory Pool, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reginald Person sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Reginald Person notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Germantown's Jason Kauffman. Jason Kauffman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Drew Durham to make the kick off. Jason Kauffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew Durham in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Germantown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgil Holt to maneuver through the defense. Crystal Lawns's Reggie Cooper got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Reggie Cooper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Germantown's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie Cooper came free, but Jason Kauffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Germantown getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nelson Ackerman hit a great ball. Jason Kauffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drew Durham, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 74 minutes of play, Crystal Lawns's Tory Pool made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jason Kauffman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Corey Kidd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jason Kauffman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Jason Kauffman managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Germantown's Stanton Moon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corey Kidd got free with Jason Kauffman in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germantown's Jason Kauffman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Germantown from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute, Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jason Kauffman. Jason Kauffman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. The Germantown fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Crystal Lawns were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
