In the 4th match minute, Pelé & Cosmos MZS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Lawler to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Rigoberto Cook left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Vasquitos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Oren Nugent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Whitney Hansen went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 17th match minute, Pelé & Cosmos MZS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Lawler to maneuver through the defense. Byron Messer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitch Bates in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Rigoberto Cook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oren Nugent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Whitney Hansen in the 24th minute of play. Oren Nugent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Whitney Hansen, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Mitch Bates managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mitch Bates was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Berry Aviles notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent. Oren Nugent was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute Whitney Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oren Nugent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of The Vasquitos booed when Pelé & Cosmos MZS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vernon Lawler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oren Nugent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berry Aviles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Whitney Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oren Nugent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oren Nugent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Whitney Hansen in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Mitch Bates made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pelé & Cosmos MZS getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Robben Carlos hit a great ball. Berry Aviles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Oren Nugent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oren Nugent was a little too slow when Darrel Milton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-5. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Pelé & Cosmos MZS from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darrel Milton in the 60th minute of play forced Pelé & Cosmos MZS's goalkeeper Oren Nugent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oren Nugent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Cook, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute Darrel Milton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oren Nugent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Pelé & Cosmos MZS's goal looked a bit too open when Darrel Milton came free, but Oren Nugent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Vernon Lawler managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nigel Hutchins in the 72 minute of the game. Roscoe Dennison received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oren Nugent came out and tried to block the shot, but Roscoe Dennison slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Vernon Lawler got a free kick in the 79th minute. The Vasquitos's Woody Benton couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pelé & Cosmos MZS. 82 minutes into the match, Whitney Hansen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oren Nugent. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Whitney Hansen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Oren Nugent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Whitney Hansen in the 87th minute of the match. Oren Nugent didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. With a little luck, Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent got control of the ball when Roscoe Dennison tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oren Nugent was a little too slow when Whitney Hansen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-9. The Vasquitos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
