After recieving a nice pass, Ridgeway's Sol Christian tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 8thth minute of the game Vince Michel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pulaski's Dwayne Beatty was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vince Michel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dwayne Beatty having to interfere. Karl Owens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dwayne Beatty having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Ridgeway's goal looked a bit too open when Winfred Keenan came free, but Jorge Jewell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Riley in the 19th minute of play. Jerrod Foreman's late challenge caught a Ridgeway's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerrod Foreman helped the player get up and apologised. Jerrod Foreman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Sol Christian took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dwayne Beatty. Pulaski's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 36th minute, Vince Michel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ridgeway fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Winfred Keenan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Jewell was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After the first half Ridgeway were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Winfred Keenan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Ridgeway was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garret Friedman to maneuver through the defense. Pulaski's Winfred Keenan managed to work through Ridgeway's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Winfred Keenan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Karl Owens took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dwayne Beatty. Dwayne Beatty dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jorge Jewell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Riley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Ridgeway got a freekick which was hit by Rashad Mosley. Pulaski's Winfred Keenan got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Pulaski's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Owens came free, but Dwayne Beatty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Jewell came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Pulaski's Winfred Keenan. But to his dismay, Winfred Keenan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Vince Michel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dwayne Beatty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dwayne Beatty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl Owens's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Terry Root hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Ridgeway's Sol Christian broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Vince Michel might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dwayne Beatty. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vince Michel ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl Owens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dwayne Beatty having to interfere. If Karl Owens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 96 in the game by Vince Michel from a close distance when the talented Dwayne Beatty managed to make a qualified save. Pulaski's players were relieved. Pulaski's Dwayne Beatty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Owens in the 97th minute of play. Terry Root hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
