Spectators: 7949 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1799, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Drew Durham got the match started through his kick off. Reginald Person's late challenge caught a FAIR PLAY MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reginald Person helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Crystal Lawns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginald Person to maneuver through the defense. After 9 minutes, Drew Durham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crystal Lawns and the FAIR PLAY MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes FAIR PLAY MZ got a freekick which was hit by Zachery Henderson. FAIR PLAY MZ's Roberto Alston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drew Durham in the 15th minute of play. After 17 played minutes FAIR PLAY MZ got a freekick which was hit by Wes Spivey. Reggie Cooper struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Roberto Alston didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crystal Lawns. 21 minutes into the match, Crystal Lawns's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Bocanegra came free, but Willis Kirkland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Drew Durham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FAIR PLAY MZ's Roberto Alston was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Reggie Cooper kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roberto Alston. That made the score 1-1 in the 25 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Drew Durham in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Alston saved FAIR PLAY MZ from getting behind. 2-1 became the score in the 38th minute when Drew Durham elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Stephen Barber threw the ball into play from the sideline. FAIR PLAY MZ's Tyrell Ragsdale quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Roberto Alston made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corey Kidd in the 43rd minute. Roberto Alston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reggie Cooper in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pierre Bocanegra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Corey Kidd scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Alston, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 57 minutes, Drew Durham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crystal Lawns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Drew Durham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Crystal Lawns's Mohammed Stroud got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 73 minutes of play, Crystal Lawns's Drew Durham made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Alston was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Drew Durham in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Alston saved FAIR PLAY MZ from getting behind. Roberto Alston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew Durham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Drew Durham in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Alston prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Corey Kidd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Alston having to interfere. If Drew Durham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wes Spivey kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Crystal Lawns's Corey Kidd made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Alston was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Crystal Lawns players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
