Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Winfred Keenan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cameron Busby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 6 minutes on the clock, Vernon Lawler commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 5th minute, one of Pelé & Cosmos MZS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pelé & Cosmos MZS. The goalkeeper, Oren Nugent, was totally fooled by Pulaski's Roosevelt Christensen, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winfred Keenan in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Cameron Busby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dwayne Beatty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Winfred Keenan came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Pulaski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Winfred Keenan couldn't finish the play. Oren Nugent made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jerrod Foreman sent off a good shot on target. Cameron Busby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dwayne Beatty having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the match, Manuel Riley got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oren Nugent was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute, Winfred Keenan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oren Nugent was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Winfred Keenan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oren Nugent having to interfere.

The supporters of Pulaski booed when Pelé & Cosmos MZS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cameron Busby didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 minutes, Terry Root mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pulaski and the Pelé & Cosmos MZS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pelé & Cosmos MZS's Oren Nugent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terry Root in the 60th minute of play. Cameron Busby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Mayfield hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Winfred Keenan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oren Nugent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Merle Randle during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cameron Busby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dwayne Beatty having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pulaski fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pelé & Cosmos MZS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
