After 14 played minutes AYG SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Gümüş. Edmundo McKinley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, AYG SK's Denny Calvert got control of the ball when Sammy Beach tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Denny Calvert managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Los Americans FC's Sammy Beach fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Edmundo McKinley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Americans FC's goalkeeper Eric Haynes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo McKinley in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denny Calvert saved AYG SK from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Edmundo McKinley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denny Calvert was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Denny Calvert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo McKinley in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to AYG SK getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ahmet Gümüş hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Edmundo McKinley rounded AYG SK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Denny Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo McKinley in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the AYG SK defense, Sammy Beach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denny Calvert. The AYG SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denny Calvert should have stopped the shot. Denny Calvert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo McKinley in the 70th minute of the match. Denny Calvert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sammy Beach, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Edmundo McKinley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edmundo McKinley came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Los Americans FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo McKinley couldn't finish the play. If Lewis Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Los Americans FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Alley. For all the effort they put into the match, the AYG SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Americans FC.
