In the 3rd minute, Blaine Tyler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malakas FC's goalkeeper Landon Puckett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bronson Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Landon Puckett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TOSSTER FC. Edgar Malloy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Landon Puckett having to interfere. If Edgar Malloy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Pierre in the 26th minute of play forced TOSSTER FC's goalkeeper Thurman Crockett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thurman Crockett was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Neil Pierre capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Neil Pierre really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Malakas FC's zone, Edgar Malloy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Landon Puckett came out of the goal and Edgar Malloy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blaine Tyler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Thurman Crockett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Cleveland kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Thurman Crockett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blaine Tyler in the 38th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Reyes Gunter put in a rough tackle. Sydney Cronshagen tried in the 45th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Thurman Crockett a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Malloy to make the kick off. When Neil Pierre came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Malakas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neil Pierre couldn't finish the play. Thurman Crockett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blaine Tyler, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malakas FC's goalkeeper Landon Puckett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thurman Crockett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Bouchard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, TOSSTER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blaine Tyler came free, but Thurman Crockett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, TOSSTER FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bronson Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Malakas FC's Landon Puckett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Malakas FC from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Malakas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while TOSSTER FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
