Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Willie Jenkins made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes AYG SK got a freekick which was hit by Val Hogue. In the 4th minute, Hawkinsville's Franklin Irvin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Willie Jenkins recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denny Calvert. Willie Jenkins showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, AYG SK's Cruz McCann got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 17th minute Lewis Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferson Winter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Cruz McCann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AYG SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Willie Jenkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monroe Dyer in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denny Calvert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Logan Allison kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Hawkinsville's Jefferson Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Wallace in the 29th minute of play. When Monroe Dyer came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Hawkinsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monroe Dyer couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Salvador Knutson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AYG SK and the Hawkinsville players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AYG SK's Salvador Knutson got a free kick in the 35th minute. Monroe Dyer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Denny Calvert when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 48th minute, Willie Jenkins made a precise shot to the right of Denny Calvert. AYG SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2.
The wind increased when Lewis Marino made the kick off in the second half. Lewis Marino's late challenge caught a Hawkinsville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lewis Marino helped the player get up and apologised. If Willie Jenkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Larry Wallace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 60 minutes into the game, AYG SK's Ahmet Gümüş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jefferson Winter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Denny Calvert didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willie Jenkins went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. If Monroe Dyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denny Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willie Jenkins in the 68th minute of play. If Monroe Dyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denny Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monroe Dyer in the 73rd minute of play. AYG SK's Denny Calvert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willie Jenkins in the 77th minute of play. After 77 played minutes AYG SK got a freekick which was hit by Cruz McCann. Willie Jenkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Denny Calvert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AYG SK's zone, Monroe Dyer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denny Calvert came out of the goal and Monroe Dyer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 minutes of play AYG SK's Lewis Marino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lewis Marino hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Franklin Irvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denny Calvert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willie Jenkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, AYG SK's Cruz McCann got a free kick in the 91st minute. The supporters of AYG SK booed when Hawkinsville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Irvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jefferson Winter was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Emery Jaramillo. Franklin Irvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denny Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monroe Dyer in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Hawkinsville were the better team. Hawkinsville's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
