Denny Calvert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Joey Quinones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The São Paulo F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lewis Marino to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in AYG SK's zone, Brock Bond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denny Calvert came out of the goal and Brock Bond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lewis Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot. AYG SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lewis Marino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trinidad Felix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denny Calvert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, AYG SK's goal looked a bit too open when Brock Bond came free, but Denny Calvert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Larry Wallace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trinidad Felix having to interfere.
